Pictish, your faction is too vague for it too be accepted.  Technology at the very least needs more detail, since you are just stating what your faction's tech is relative to the standard instead of giving any concrete idea of what your faction's technology is like.  I like the basic idea, but you really need to expand on it.

[@Lauder] Is this application complete or is it still being revised/added on to?  You may need to consider thinking why Storrik's ideology spread so rapidly given the radical ideology your faction has.

Astronomy-wise you may want to move those planets further out, they'll get burnt by the sheer heat of a yellow giant at the distances given.
