[@Everyone] I am technically done with the Treaty's wording on piratepad.
Any input are welcome.
I made it somewhat vague so people don't get constrained with it unreasonably. You can be a nice nation or an evil mass murdering empire yet you can more or less uphold the Treaty regardless.
