Kotone's excursion to the city was rather pleasant: once off the train, she was just another schoolgirl, though she had more of a budget than most others. The rumours had never penetrated here--or, if they had, they'd never been connected to her. So far as the shopkeepers cared, the yakuza heiress was simply a tall girl from Kyoto. One that showed up pretty much daily due to her own complete lack of culinary skill. As she debated what to buy and consciously did her best to avoid anywhere selling parfaits, Kotone thought about dinner. She really wanted beef, but even if she got some of the really good meat... she would basically char it horribly. Maybe she'd be able to get some when Golden Week came around? Though that assumed not going on another foreign trip... In the end, the tall girl bought herself tonkatsu sandwiches, and was half done by the time she came back through the gate. With nobody to talk to and nothing to do until class started, she wandered the grounds looking for somewhere isolated to wait out the lunch break--but it seemed most of the likely spots had been claimed whilst she collected her lunch.
