I believe we're supposed to wait until we've a full cast. The last I heard, [@Lord Wraith] was going to post a second entry IC - as Zeke, rather than NPCs - to initiate the story's development. Perhaps we ought to wait for his clarification before making any moves.

EDIT: I also second that a list of important NPCs with brief bios would be beneficial to everyone, myself included.
