The Terran Corporations have signed the Jupiter Referendum, a cooperative effort to begin possible hydrogen and ammonia crystal collection in Jupiters Atmosphere; which, if successful would finally solve the Terran energy crisis and provide fuel for future space exploration and advancement. 

While corporations are gambling everything to secure Earths energy supplies, the political sea on Mars is beginning to roil. The old Settler Charters are no longer feasible, outdated and out-maneuvered by Terran Corporate Lobbyists. Violence has broken out in Elysium City, between the mining unions and corporate citizens. 

 The large mining conglomerate, Vulcan Technologies has hired the recently formed defense contractor Skyguard to protect it's shipments of vital minerals and metals from Mars to Earth, recently subject to corporate funded pirate action. In the Martian capital of Elysium City, the Viceroy has declared Martial Law under the Elysium Defense Force. Open rebellion cannot be far off...[/i][/color][hr]
