I'm going to need more details on this. I'm not sure if it's new or I didn't notice it on the first draft but I definitely need to know more details about this one. Additionally well the sheet has improved, one thing I'm curious about the powers is how advanced of a device can Anthony make? Like you mention he can put two machines together to get a new one but what are the limits on what he can build? If he can build something advanced as a mech suit, what's to stop him from say (and I'm going to the ridiculous extreme here) building a lightsaber? 

You've chosen a complicated power with a very wide range of applications. Although your choice to have a limitation that doesn't allow him to use or fix dead machines is something I find a little odd. Personally in your case I would have focused the ability on first repair and then deconstructing, make the ability have applications outside of just combat.
