[@Ammokkx] Yes, pretty much. Tsukiko has been through a lot and there hasn't been anyone who has tried to understand how she feels except Ben. Even her brother fails to understand emotions like Ben so he can't get at all empathetic with her which is why the two grow more distant apart.

I would be surprised to see Vincent try to calm Tsukiko in the same way Ben did. It's not easy and most people unless she feels a certain aura around them she'll get aggressive toward especially when her feelings are sticking out like a sore thumb.

I noticed that and also some charm to him too. Tsukiko though values the [u]empathetic value[/u] about him the most, [@vancexentan]
