[@Gurren1] Fair enough. But to be honest, we don't really know about the details of the Great War, since Fallout makes every region basically a clean slate. A Chinese Army could have landed for all we know about North Carolina in Fallout's canon.

As for the Enclave being overused, I guess you're right. But it could be a different era of the Enclave than the one seen in 2242 and later. Sure they have Power Armour, Vertibirds, and so on then but in 2197 they could have been in a very different state.
