[@Ulstermann] Good Point with the Chinese Army. The great thing with Fallout is that we know very little outside where the games take place and a Chinese Army could have started an invasion in the final hours before the Great War. The Enclave is the same thing however I would think they would be called something different this early in the timeline unless they had communication with the Oil rig in California. 

I will PM you in a minute to discuss this more I think I am interested in the idea of one of them being in the RP.
