Nah.. we got this!  You post a string of orders.. I'll post a few dozen lines of course corrections and being thrown out of my chair by phaser hits... the Ops NPC can call out about two or three different shield strengths, damage reports, and we're all up to par again...  

It's their first mission!! Come on, lets go have some tea.
