[@OtomostheCrazy] There's a list of known living and deceased old gods in the first post of the OOC. Anyone not listed at all can be used as needed. Magic is negated at the tower, not everywhere. It's a localized attack by one of the villains, it's not permanent either. Just to further clarify the tower scenario is going to be similar to the thing that happened to Occus, his general's were corrupted, the same has happened to the people at the top of the tower, they'll be aided by Eurus, a revived old god.

[@Lmpkio] The aliens and the humans have a separate war between themselves, none of the gods really care about that right now with their homes under attack by enraged enemies.
