[@Chimera]Ok, I think I understand the misunderstanding now. I'm going off the games more than the anime/manga. Psychic is learned naturally, but at a much higher level than the character.

If you want ideas of which moves your Pokemon can know, you can look it up on Serebii or Bulbapedia.

Right now, Psychic, Double Team, Recover, Power Gem, Shadow Sneak, and Iron Head can only be known by means other than level-up. You may keep two of your choice. Please change the rest.

Shadow Sneak, Pursuit, Slash, and Automize cannot be learned by their respective Pokemon by any means at their levels. These must be changed.
