Well, your characters aren't soul sucking abominations, or vampires/anything of the sort, so no sucking...

As for experience points, I think it would be too far gone into video game mechanics to have them in the RP. The evolution should be mostly story based, IMO.

The last question is better left for your own discretion. If you want to, no one is gonna deny it.
