I'm thinking chapters are going to be pretty long, actually - more of an arc than a chapter, really - dealing with the various problems of the wasteland, the first chapter being the civil war between the Order and Revolution, the second chapter focusing on the growth of the Glowing Bog and it's threat, the third chapter focusing on two familiar military powers coming in to continue their war, the fourth involving the rise of the Guild of Voodoo, etc. etc.
