[@mattmanganon] No sorry. You have a Plethora of abilities. I can understand making pacts with demons but Traditional magic is extremely vague. I don't want people pulling stuff out of their hats when faced with problems. Also Sigilist magic is essentially a permanent thing. So your scrolls don't need to be reapplied unless the markings are damaged. And as for age control thats a no no. Sigilist can use facades to make themselves appear younger and as a rule most mages live for thousands of years but age catches up to almost everyone, eventually. Looking young is fine even changing your appearance to a degree (A sigilist only has their body to work with when it comes to facades so they can change the look of their face but not really their entire body.). Not Trying to give you the third degree but you have way too much in your characters CS for me to be comfortable to accept it. Tone it down and i'll give it another look.
Firstly, I updated my CS to fit with the skeleton you put up, I apologize for that. Sorry, I should have elaborated on the scrolls. No, they don't need to be re-applied, but the ink that is used to draw them does need to be re-invigorated. This is a measure to say that she can carry whatever magic she needs on her scrolls, but can't just whip up a new scroll on the fly to suit any situation, as, unless the ink is within an hour of being magically invigorated, it is useless to make magic scrolls with. However, should the scrolls be damaged beyond repair, it takes about 4 hours to make more, so again, can't make them when out and about. The pacts with the otherworldly creatures aren't really a power, so much as they are story-building. As, the only things she has gotten out of them, as far as powers go, are a Rake that serves as her staff-proxy, magic tobacco (Because I always envisioned her smoking something for a reason that isn't "Cuz it makes me look cool" even though, that essentially is the case) and a Ninja house-maid. They are more for story purposes than to call on in a fight. Again, she is only in regular contact with 1 of them, who 99% of the time, is unwilling or unable to listen to anything she has to say, much less respond to it. I can understand why you think this is actually her gaining bullshit powers from no-where, as the idea that she would be able to call on them for help was an early concept idea that I had, but ultimately got rid of, but forgot to take that part out of the CS. I apologize. Traditional magic, yeah, I understand that and got rid of it, she is now left with only the one ability that can't simply be taken away by removing her magical items which is her Dragon Tattoo that grants her a molten-beam attack, I gave it limited uses and a substantial drain on her fatigue. As for the physical appearance, I REALLY want to play her as a 10 year old girl, it annoys me that there are so very few actually good characters bellow the physical age of 10. All of the "Ancient Witches" take the forms of either: A) middle-aged B) Hot young woman C) Old crone So very few take on the form of an actual child and I wanted this to be one of her defining features. The disadvantage is that she is as physically developed as a 10 year old, meaning that she is not going to win any physical tests against anybody at any time soon... Except if it comes to a weapon fight with her Rake, because she will rek people with that thing. Anyway, I took what you said and added it as a character trait. Essentially, as her life goes on, her ability to stay in the form of a child is slowly diminishing, she has already lost the ability to turn into a form younger than 9 and she fears that soon, she'll be forced to take on one of the dreaded forms (Middle aged woman, busty teenager or old crone) As such, her main reason for joining the Order is to get her hands on any of their magical research that may hold the key to staying in her current form until she eventually dies of old age. I really like poetic nature of a child-like being dying of old age.
