looking at the Topic's low post count and how long its been up, I'd just recommend redoing the whole thing, maybe make it so its the era of Young Justice so you can...

A - Have more villains/varied villains
B - Can tour the world instead of just Gothem (You can put the base in gothem though to keep it as a focus point.)
C - More posters/fresh posters. People are more willing to get into a new RP than a slow going established one.
D - And allow for less 'weak' powersets. Lets be honest, anyone with at least IRL street cop levels of aim with a pistol could off 85% of batman's rogue gallery.
