[@Aisling] That's true. Our taxes are higher, but again, only those who can afford it have to pay them. If you're unemployed, for example, you don't have to pay for anything. 

By the way, here in Germany, even cosmetic surgeries are covered in some cases: When it has been proven that the person demanding it is mentally suffering from his looks.
