He held out a light fist to bump - and, after a second of realizing that she wouldn't get the message, took Kaia's hand, gently balled it up into a fist, and tapped it against his own. Used to be they'd accidentally hit each other in the gut trying to coordinate themselves. Those days were long past, but the [s]scars[/s] stomachaches were still fresh.
