Jasmine went to answer till the commotion the Celestial beast made when it burst forth from its prison distracted her. A sudden sense of fear and dread overcame her when she saw him run past. She hadn't even noticed that Penny had ran after them, she was paralyzed.
Her legs eventually gave way as she collapsed onto her knees and wrapped her arms around herself...that was one of the people in those weird outfits from earlier.

"[color=ed1c24]Umm....ok?[/color]" Cody replied uncertainly as they shook hands, Cody making sure to have a firm grip. He wasn't quite sure what Joshua meant by stress.
Hearing some commotion Cody made his way to a nearby window and looked out just in time to see one of those creatures burst out of the hotel. Eye's wide, Cody concentrated his magic power and completely forgot that Joshua and Amaya were even there.
"[color=ed1c24]Absolute Shield: Activate.[/color]" He muttered before jumping out the window. He used the crystal-like substance that oozed from him to soften his landing, but as he got up and drew his sword he only saw a fireball streaking through the night sky and the beasts were gone.
"[color=ed1c24]Absolute Shield: Disengage.[/color]" Cody muttered as he threw his sword on the ground in frustration.
