Just a quick comment.  In [url=http://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/3263379]this post[/url] someone used echolocation to find Jem'hadar troops.  I thought that their cloaks were phase-shift cloaks, as they did with the mines in that episode of DS9.  If that's the case, echolocation shouldn't have worked.
