[@Letter Bee] I'd say that's edging over the fine line; I want to keep everything as even as possible, and having a player be able to call for arms and supplies whereas other characters lack that, it's giving one player an edge over others. Marimont worked because they agreed that they wouldn't really use the Bokors too much. (If she ever comes online again.)
All right; what arms, supplies, and resources is Par allowed to have, then? You already allowed him his barge, and to a lesser extent, a warehouse. This includes how many caps he should currently have as well; my original idea is for Par to have at least a thousand caps or more, but if that's unworkable, what should he have, then? You also have to remember that Par is the weakest in combat of all the PCs, dependent mainly on his Charisma and Intelligence, as well as the bodyguards that he does have. However, without money and resources, he stands to lose that last factor, while the other two attributes are blunted. To be honest, I won't know what Par would/could do, besides taking a job tinkering, should he lose his advantages. Edit: Didn't get your post; let's discuss things offsite.
