[@Letter Bee] As for arms, supplies, and resources, the more basic supplies could've been brought; food and water, some chems, some lighter weapons - no heavy weapons like miniguns or flamers, more along the lines of pistols, revolvers, melee weapons, etc. etc. A thousand caps or slightly more is fully workable - it's not unreasonable that he'd bring large stores of caps or resources on the boat during his expedition. Par is the weakest PC, but being unable to be sent more than basic resources doesn't strip him from his advantages - I intended that having any almost maxed/fully maxed out stat is something that will give a character a massive boost over others, and having any sort of too low of a stat could very much potentially wreck complete havoc on a character - so I intended that depending on your stats would give a character strength moreso than depending on a faction, because it could be balanced out with lower stats/skills whereas controlling a faction is pretty difficult to fully balance. A character with luck one would face far more disadvantages and obstacles that a player with a higher stat wouldn't. A character with a charisma/intelligence ten and nine could very much prove to massively strengthen a character, almost to the point of being overpowered, allowing them to talk their way out of almost any situation or find a way to get out of a problem with ridiculous ease. Bodyguards strengthen him even more, giving him basic protection . Par Rapids could pretty much do anything he intends to do, because I intend that having high stats will be a godsend in the future.
