Bio: When he was about five, his mother thought he had something wrong with him since he was never really able to warm up, leading to many hospital visits. Venin basically lived in the hospital for four years, until he was finally let out with the doctor's still stumped. He first learned about his powers when he accidentally froze his friend's water bottle in gym, causing it to nearly explode. His mother pulled him out of school until he was able to go to a high school of his choice. Venin can't really use his powers, since he still doesn't understand anything about them. 
Ability: Water and ice control. Usually subconsciously makes things around him colder.
