Weapons: standard issue SCC R-Charge Handgun 
Secondary: NDD (Non Lethal Detainment Device) - a device that enables easier nonlethal detainment of suspects. features a CQC Taser, sleep gas, lasso, pepper spray, applicable neuro inhibitor (to shut down enhancements or cyborg stuff, must be used at melee range while target isn't struggling/is held down/is unconcious, etc)

Bio: (No one can be part of the original formation of the team, that was 20 years ago.)
