Canon characters in an original RP... I'm afraid I'll have to disallow that.  That sort of thing [i]never[/i] ends well, from what I've seen.  Besides which, what I know of Tifa's abilities puts her well above the power tiers intended for this tournament.

You're welcome to enter with a character similar to Tifa, or somewhat based on her, so long as you had a full character sheet.
