Earth Manipulation: The manipulation (e.g. Movement, control, summoning, animating, temperature of material) of any material naturally of the earth, not man made and created. (so, metal counts, even if it is not in ore form, but plastics dont, for example).  Also, a maximum range of about 30 meters in any direction for what they affect, so they aren't moving tectonic plates, or anything.
