It's a rotating gif, so every time you refresh the page, it'll change. ^^

He just put a bunch of gifs into a rotation, a lot like [url=http://sig.grumpybumpers.com/]this[/url], and put it in his sig. It'll spit out a link for the gifs themselves, you put 'em in a [.img][./img] tag, and then boom ;D got a rotating gif.

Solves the issue of 'Wow look at all these wonderful [s]hot actor dudes looking wow[/s] gifs; I wanna use them all.' ;D
