"I am neither a fool nor a fraud. I have indeed saved people with the blood problem illnesses, and as for those problems, again, I am simply a weary traveler. Bringing rain to lands that are supposed to be dry would severely mess with the ecosystem, which I'd rather not upset. I do not hear of these other problems until long before it is too late to help." He still is matter-of-fact about it all, not seeming to be affected by the ridicule.
