Derrick groaned as he learned 'FRIENDSHIP' was the key to digivolving his partner. It wasn't that it was cliche or even god damn difficult to do. He had no problem with Kapurimon so far either...but friendship...REAL friendship wasn't something he was really good at. And on top of that if all those novels he had been forced to read in school were correct a real relationship with a companion was based on their hardships together or time spent interacting with one another. That wasn't something he had in spades right now. They'd lucked out at the start of this journey having someone to help them...but how long will they last in desperation when left on their own? He looked at Kapurimon and smiled. [color=00aeef]"Don't worry little buddy I'll make sure to do my best to get along with you. And I won't do it for the power. I'll do it because I need someone to watch my back no matter what. I know you got what it takes...it may take time but...that's a bridge we'll cross when it comes to it. I may be small now but I know I have potential. I just need time to unlock that.
