And healing magic takes a lot out of a person and magic of any kind takes a lot of concentration and willpower. Find the guy with glowing hands who's healing folks and plant an axe in his head. I'd think any medicinal treatment is behind the walls. No ones going to be taking the chances of opening the gate to let out healers or bring in the wounded.
