So he becomes more of guard rather than a mercenary? Maybe a mercenary with a long term mission in the Crawler maybe? Working in tandem with several other guards that are actually employees (if you can call them that) of the Crawler. And I'd be fine with downgrading him, the rocket launcher is a bit much XD
