Is it fine if I make two OCs of Vietnam? Canonically, Vietnam is a female and one being.. But since I can't make up my mind on which 'personification' of Vietnam to use (theres a male!nyotalia version of her too xD), Would it be ok to make them twins and split them up as 'North & South Vietnam'?
South Vietnam would be known but politically not as truly acknowledged like her brother North Vietnam (seeing as the Southern parts of Vietnam lost to the North). :>
