I know that I MUST address all speech and actions in first person and have decent grammar, though there doesn't seem to be much more criteria other than that. Here are some of the powers I was thinking off.

Abilities:

Super Strength: Due to the aid of super serums (think Captain America), nano-machines (Think Metal Gear Solid 4 but more advanced), as well as vampiric aid, her strength far exceeds that of normal human beings. She can pick up an average sized car, and can punch through a wall of solid concrete, among other similar feats 

Super Senses: She has 20/20 vision, the smelling ability of a bloodhound, and impeccable hearing. 

Super Agility: She can dodge projectile propelled from small firearms and slower. She can also run faster than an Olympic athlete, capable of keeping up with speeding cars, and jump three times as high as the normal human. 

Super Endurance: She has a high threshold for pain due to the suppression of her nerve endings from vampirism and nano-machines, her skin can shrug off small knife wounds and other intrusions. While she is not immune to bullets, it would take automatic weaponry to even slow her down. She can also do physically straining activities for hours on end before tiring. She also has immunity to most earthborn diseases and poisons. 
    
Sharp fangs: She possesses two large front canines she can use to drain blood from her victims and apply enough force to bite through solid steel. 

Nano-Regeneration: Do to the presence of nanos in her blood stream, bleeding coagulates almost immediately and she regenerates 3 times faster than most humans. She can grow back limbs, but this usually takes weeks, if not months to do. 

Blood Frenzy: If she goes without feeding for a significant amount of time or is near death, she can enter a blood frenzy. She loses all sense of logic and becomes extremely feral. During this time, she is completely immune to pain, and her strength and endurance are increased tenfold. This state lasts until she has fed or is unconscious. 

Vampire Resilience: The only way to feasibly kill her is to cut off her head and burn it and the body to ash. 

Other Vampiric Traits: While her clothes will appear in a mirror, she does not. She can see through a person's skin and see their blood flow. She can also hear the beating of hearts, so accurate in fact, she can tell if their lying. While she is not affected by holy water or crosses, she does have an aversion to sunlight and gamma radiation. While it will not kill her, long term skin exposure to sunlight will cause her flesh to burn. 

Other Abilities: She cannot get drunk. She only needs half as much sleep as the average human.
