That said, I'm interested since worldbuilding is me JAM, and I have had a similar idea (more or less) that I was going to throw up some time this month or next. Though wouldn't this go into Nation RP? Or are we playing characters as well?

Or heck, wouldn't this go in Int Check? It seems like that to me.
