I'm pretty it'd just be best to have a general sparring area for everyone. I'm sure there's some princesses who'd be able to fight.

Another idea is to have it near the guard barracks so people can compete with guard NPCs for some self satisfaction. I'd assume that by rule of cool, most the princes and princesses would be better than normal guards should the player allow for it.
