It was actually supposed to be a joke coming from a webcomic called Order of the Stick. Warning: heavy D&D terminology ahead.

So the cleric casts sending to talk to the fighter and ranger because they're trapped in a dungeon. They talk, and relay orders, but the cleric casts sending to the fighter once again because he screwed it up. So the ranger next to him said "I have the sudden urge to help you think up 25 synonyms for 'Buffoon'".
