"I would be glad if she could be appropriately adopted. The government would perform an investigation, and if he was determined to be a responsible guardian capable of sustaining a child, he would be able to become her foster parent. And to excuse him simply because of his race is foolishness, I personally have witnessed many a cruel elf. They are capable of acts of evil as well as any other race that dwells upon this earth."
