[@Minato Namikaze]just a quick glance over your CS, but I see two problems.
1) you have an extra skill point left to add.  They should total 34 points of exp, for future reference.
2)those spells are a bit much for starting powers.  Fireball is an E level power, for reference.  Those would be at least the same level.  Can you start with something a bit more basic, like heat or boil/burn, or some kind of "pull aggro" move?  Samples of level H,G, and F magics are listed in the OP.
We should get to that level soon, though.
