[@Andromedai]I have a good understanding about the lore but I'm not sure if I can cover the details and stuff.

Basically I just want to know if I'm allowed to make some stuff up for the CS. Currently thinking of either a Skitarii (which I have a cool picture for but don't know much about) or an [s]Astra Miliawhatnow[/s] Imperial Guardsman (which I don't have a good picture for but know more about).

Also, can I ask for a brief history of whats happened IC? Pls? :3
