[@HylianRose] All I know in terms of timeframe is how Sylvia relates to the other characters. We established at some point OOC during the original RP that Sylvia was the third PC to join echo, after Shae and Kaalia (in that order). As Kaalia hasn't shown up yet, I suppose that would make Sylvia the second to join.
