Justin glanced at Austin for a moment, noticing the nervous determination within the other man's answer. It was kind of selfish of him to place a burden on someone else's shoulder, he knew, but at the same time, Justin felt like he could rely on his new acquaintance in the near future. But would it come back to bite him in the butt later? He didn't know. Placing trust into someone you just met seemed like the riskiest idea, but at this point, there was no other choice. He knew deep down that he did not have the potential and collectiveness to lead, even if he did want to. No, for the time being, Austin is a much better candidate to keep the group united. Still, that doesn't mean he's going to let the man carry all of them on his poor back. Justin vowed to carry his own weight, and more, if he had to. And so finalizing his decision, he gave Austin an approving nod. "Alright, then," he sighed, turning to Cleo. "How about you and I hang out a bit? Wanna take a stroll down these black, disturbing hallways?" He gave her a half smile. He then proceeded to lead, taking his first steps towards what could be their impending doom.
