[Ember] The pangoro decided to ramble on and on about how he used to be so great, but I knew he couldn't be better than me, and a couple of the restaurant's patrons decided to leave while the bird tried to look as intimidating as he could. Kel... somehow broke Ember's confusion, and ran off to find his parents. Ember chuckled to himself, thinking that he might find his father, some umbreon who doesn't like to discipline him, however... he was proven VERY wrong when the dreaded horse came back with Ember's mother. "M-Mother!? Wh-what are you doing here? I... I... um... IT WAS ALL HIS FAULT!" Ember then pointed towards Kel, though, his mother wasn't buying it. "What's this I'm hearing about? You nearly lighting a place on FIRE? I'm guessing Kel spilled your soup, or something equally stupid. You're coming back home RIGHT NOW!" she then 'escorted' Ember out of the building, and back to his house while Ember yelled and tried to explain to her how that keldeo ruined his life by calling him a little girl. She remained silent, but, given that she was currently carrying Ember with her mouth, that was expected. The expression on her face, however, didn't budge an inch. Perhaps I was a little hasty with my revenge... but, I WILL make it out of my room, and I WILL get my revenge! NOTHING WILL EVER STOP ME FROM THAT! Ember practically shouted to himself while his parents both scolded him, yes, even his father, who was usually kinder, more understanding of Ember's issues... or, possibly just too cowardly to do anything. They both agreed to lock him in his room for the rest of the day, AND working at the restaurant until the damages were paid for... of course, Ember would still be unable to go outside for an entire month after that... not that he didn't already have a plan to escape. He ended up as he usually did after he got caught doing something, in his room, making some sort of trap for next time.
[Trevor] Celina, out of nowhere, suggested the name 'Stargazers', and... for some reason, that just seemed to work. Sure, flying dragon eggs had some comedic value, but I was more inclined to call the team 'The Stargazers', and with that, I voiced my opinion "I think I prefer The Stargazers... it just seems to fit for some reason, don't you agree, Devin?" and right after I said that, the piplup introduced himself as Brandish, and explained that he wanted to be our friend. "Well, I suppose you could... um... we were just sort of... uh... setting up a new team... but, you wouldn't be interested in that, right?" I asked the newcomer, who seemed to actually want to be friends with some pokemon who nobody has ever met before. It seemed strange, but, from what I could tell, he didn't have some sort of evil plan or anything. Heck, he might even be hiding less than Celina and her supposed shipwreck... of course, I could already tell what the truth was with her, I just needed to ask her about it once we were alone for any reason. Well, not even a day in this world and already I have friends... or, at least, A friend. This 'Brandish' character seems nice, even if his name is kinda weird. I thought as I looked around the place for any sort of items that I could use... typically, new recruits at a guild got some sort of starting items, at least, they did from what I could remember of the games... then again, I didn't really play too much of the mystery dungeon games, as I had to convince my parents that they weren't 'real' pokemon games, and they only fell for that once... and I still had to play it in secret just so they didn't catch on.
