"Wait, no!" Ethel fumbled out when noticing it's doors closing, quickly grabbing a card out of her deck box and throwing it towards the elevator. Shinrei noticed a card fall at his feet then noticed a girl that yelled wait where he looked on to see it was that blue-haired girl from yesterday. He wondered what she wanted out of all things as he grumbled to himself then noticed there was a card of hers that was at his feet. Well, he thought it was her card since he could have sworn he saw her throw a card like a Frisbee at the entrance toward the elevator hoping to jam the doors due to the motion detectors, but got too much spin on the card where it landed in the elevator at his feet. He reached down to pick the card up where he took it into his hand by scooping it off the floor with his palm flat before he leaned back upward as he waited for the elevator to ding. He noticed it was a Blackwing monster that was a Tuner. He was slightly impressed about the structure deck she chose. Blackwing was one of the decks he actually liked, but it wasn't a deck that fit his machine theme. Tuners are important for Synchro Summoning. He thought to himself as he read the language on the card clearly. He closed his eyes thinking maybe he should take the card back to her, but his client was also waiting and they wouldn't wait all day for him. "Hopefully she doesn't ask me any questions where I can just return the card to her and be on my way. I could have one of my associates return the card for me, but I don't want to draw suspicion at myself. The academy most likely doesn't yet know I'm the owner of Ikushirou Enterprises and I intend to keep that way for now." He said toward himself as he placed the card in his coat pocket sliding it in perfectly for safekeeping. The elevator reached Floor 1 where the doors opened as he walked toward the exit of Dual Tower and to his rendezvous point. A car pulled up which was a fancy one just like his own and he knew it was an old acquaintance of his. The man inside the luxurious looking white limousine stepped out of his car as Shinrei nodded at him and extended his hand to greet the man. It was always a good impression for business relations to start off the talk with a firm handshake. It was something he learned from his father when he watched his father run the company in the past. This man had a white beard that extended down toward her neck looked quite elderly as he wore a white and gold colored suit that consisted of both shirt and pants. Some really sparkly gold shoes along with white ankle high socks. "It's a pleasure to finally see you again, Sir Shinrei. You have really matured ever since the World Circuit. Shame you didn't win it, but your skill is that of a professional. You've shown that clearly with the many tournaments you have taken part in. You are indeed the greatest dueling prodigy that the Ikushirou family produced. Shame to hear what happened to your mother. She was really a remarkable woman. I hope she's resting in peace and enjoying herself. I really hated to see her go at such a young age to leave young Master and your sister on their own." The man smiled as he released his grip and pulled his hand back as he invited Shinrei to step into his vehicle. Since Shinrei knew he probably didn't have classes today this was a golden opportunity to finally land a deal with one of his oldest clients. One that his father never managed to secure a decent deal with. Shinrei wanted to know if this old partner that his father used to work who was a close acquaintance of his own knew anything regarding the accidents during the World Tournament. It was rumored that his father had used a brand new simulation system which actually looked like they created at the monsters out of thin air during some of the duels making it appear as some of them were rigged. Before Shinrei could launch these new projects he was working on he had to clean up his father's mess he created during the tournament. First he had to clear up the accident that happened during one of his duels and the victims that were comatosed when they fell toward the might of his deck. "I called you here to help me clean up my father's mess so I can make a new age for Duel Monsters. I cannot do that when people are suspecting my family's company of corruption and staging the accidents that happened during the duels. The media did a great job and covered up the accidents, but there are those that are private investigators who are not satisfied and want to look into the Ikushirou Scandal. I cannot have that weight over my head while I'm trying to launch my new projects which I'm very proud of. I think they will take Duel Monsters to the next level. But first I have to deal with my father's scandal and his snakes." Shinrei said as he tried to convince this old man to help take part in helping clear up the whole mess that happened during the World Tournaments. He knew that not everyone believed what the media said about the accidents blaming it on equipment failure. Since his company provided the equipment for the duels they were solely responsible for the failures. While Shinrei discussed what his plans were with Ikushirou Enterprises as the car pulled away heading in the direction of where his client was waiting, Tsukiko was still in the breakfast room checking her cards to make sure that they perfectly fit the theme she used which using both dragon and machine monsters. She tried to keep to herself not to get involved with anyone in the room at all as she put the finishing touches on her deck as she returned it to the holder on a belt where her thigh was. Again she was wearing a black skirt along with that red Earth uniform as she tried to avoid bending over as she knelt down enough to reach the holder sliding the cards she didn't need back into it as she slid the ones she was going to use into a duel disk. While she was sliding those cards into her duel disk she noticed one of the students said something toward her. "Having boy troubles?" Camryn asked her. "Don't worry about it; for every good guy, there's ten utter pricks." When Camryn started speaking toward as she was finishing her thinking about what she needed to add to her deck, her train of thought was interrupted by her talking to her about boys which annoyed her. She stopped staring at the floor as she threw a very cold stare as her face froze with a scowl on it at Camryn. In a way she did agree with her though the asking about boy problems did not make her very happy. She almost spun around to throw her fist into the wall behind her in anger after hearing that first statement. The last thing she wanted to be reminded of was that blunder she had with Angelo. She closed her eyes where she sighed turning her attention toward Camryn to answer her. "I suppose I agree with you about boys being pricks. Not like it's your problem." Her tone was very cold but her words were somewhat friendly. She didn't want to come as a total bitch toward her, but she didn't want to give her any impression that she was a friendly person either. Her mood was very sour at the moment and she really just didn't want to talk to anyone as she waited to see what class she would have to attend today. "I hate all boys period. They're all selfish thinking only about themselves. They never think about the girl's problems. They just think. AH... FORGET IT!!! Don't even ask!!! They're all jerks, that's all you need to know!" Tsukiko said in frustration as she tried to control herself from doing damage to anything around her. The last thing she wanted was Camryn asking her why she hated all boys, but even if she did she probably wouldn't answer her at all. It wasn't really any of her business why she hated the opposite sex and she wasn't about to go into any form of explanation about it either. All she wanted to do was lean up against the wall and collect her thoughts as she could think to herself without anyone bothering her. Her eyes showed not only a frigid stare, but you could see a deep sadness within them if you looked closely. It was obvious the girl had suffered greatly, but judging by her look and expressions on her face she wasn't about to tell anyone why she looked so gloomy like she almost hated the entire world. When she thought she was going to enjoy herself, another familiar face approached her from yesterday. That boy that ran into her during the first day. Such nerve that boy didn't watch where he was going though he was under the influence of her artificial personality which she used to try to fool everyone with, but thanks to Angelo he ruined her entire plan about trying to pretend to be nice and the mask was ripped off. She doubt she could use it anymore since there were probably all kinds of rumors floating around about how much of a drama queen she was and on top of that an ice queen to boot. Surely the gossipers devoured all that juicy information from yesterday and widespread it like wildfire. She swore she heard some girls talking about her earlier when she left the dorm area. No one she knew but they were saying how much of a drama queen she was. Such nerve, if they only knew how much she had to go through in the past. They probably wouldn't still be laughing if she told them about it. "Hey, I know that girl!" Haas eagerly told Nathan, pointing to Tsukiko. Surely enough it was who she thought it was when she heard his voice. She turned her head back toward floor as she had finished talking to Camryn trying to ignore Haas giving him the cold shoulder treatment. "Um, excuse me?" Tsukiko said coldly as she felt a little insulted when he just interrupted her thinking after Camryn pestered her earlier about boy problems. She knew Angelo was responsible for people suddenly knowing who she was where she blamed all this on him. It was his fault that they were talking badly about her making fun of her. Two days in and now she was getting popular, what did she do to deserve this treatment? If it wasn't enough she was popular with the boys during the first day, because of how attractive she was. Ugh... Tsukiko thought to herself as she complained about all these people bothering her. Thanks to Angelo she now couldn't enjoy herself in peace and probably during her free time they'd be harassing her all the time then. Haas opted to take a second option after he made two options. "Wait a sec, I'll invite her to sit with us!" He told Nate with a smile, before jogging over to Tsukiko. "Hey, Tsukiko!" he greeted upon being close enough. The boy didn't want to leave his new friend for too long, so decided to make it brief... Even if the girl wasn't listening. "Hey, I noticed you just got here and I wanted to ask if you wanted to come sit with us. Even if you don't, that's fine!" the boy invited, with a blissfully unaware grin on his face. "I'll talk to you later either way, alright? Don't want to keep them waiting!" Haas departed with a quick nod, before running back over to his seat. She almost wanted to scream 'damn you Angelo, this is all your fault' except she decided not to. Another boy though she knew Haas, but she wasn't sure if he was like all the other boys. She closed her eyes again thinking he was, because he just went over there and disturbed her when she was trying to enjoy some peaceful time to herself trying to rid of herself of all the backlash she got earlier when she woke up. This had to be a nightmare she woke up to and even if she pinched herself she wasn't going to wake up. Face it, Tsukiko. You allowed that idiot to see sides of you that were best left hidden. He also seems to have an obsession with girls who are dark. No wonder he likes Ethel. ...and now me... She paused her thinking for a moment as her face almost turned bright read where she continue to think more about it. Oh no, no, no... She thought as she shook her head at the end denying the thought of what she was thinking a moment ago. She denied Angelo cared about her trying to implant it into her mind that he liked Ethel and that he would leave her alone. She then knew that wouldn't work since he already knew that she was experiencing great pain which she did not want his help to deal with. She knew he said something empathetic about his Uncle and how his parents made him live a harsh life which she could relate toward her devious father, but she still refused to believe that he could completely understand the void in her heart which she thought could never be filled. It was obvious she did this to herself. All she had to do was walk away instead of hoping he'd walk away. Thinking about it just frustrated her even more. She tried to push Angelo out of her mind and get back to thinking about Haas. Those words she said to him about being a good duelist were lies. She didn't actually mean them as she was just trying to torment her brother for pissing her off earlier for being a complete jerk. If he thought she actually thought he was skilled then he was a fool. She didn't know who was more annoying. Haas or Hayato though there was a similarity since both names started with the letter "H". She decided to accept Haas invitation and go sit with them, but she wasn't about to say anything to either. Neither of them really interested her at all and where was her damn brother? He was there the other day and now he's gone. Tsukiko walked over toward where Nathan and Haas were sitting where she sat on the opposite end of the table due to her dislike for boys. She still had a mean look on her face and didn't really look like the friendly type as she took a seat. She wasn't hungry either so she would just sit there until class was ready. Not a word came out of the girl's mouth as pulled out Void Dragon out of her deck and took a look at it to see if it would do anything, but nothing happened as she returned it to her duel disk. Hopefully neither of them asked her what she was doing a moment ago, because she didn't even want to answer that question.
