Jack watched as the doctor inspected her wounds. "How is it looking, James?" He asked. The doctor frowned, about to answer when Alice suddenly awoke screaming. James jumped backwards, startled as she retreated to the corner like an animal. Jack and the doctor exchange a look before Jack started to approach her slowly, "It's alright, Alice." He said softly.
