Arcadia is a new civilization. A place founded bby humans in 2020. The year is 2220. Humans are still around. However mutants, superhumans and android have joined. People have lived in harmony however there is a group. The group are called the faceless. They want to bring down the government and want to make everyone free with no rule. Rumors are spreading and people begin fighting.
