[@SgtEasy] Well, remember this is something that is in his bio and something he is working hard to keep underwraps. So unless Dom has told a character personally, they don't know. And even his symptoms are not something anyone would pick up on unless they know specifically what to look for. With it being such a rare disease, that would limit it to two characters possible in the entire RP that might pick up on it based off bios and history.
