Haelerin smiled grimly as the stone cracked the archer just behind the ear and she stumbled to the side, catching herself against the cold stone of the tunnel wall. "Zed!" she yelled again and the drow could hear the fear and desperation there. But she surprised him slightly by hurtling herself toward him. Her aim was poor though and Haelerin parried her blade with enough force to send the weapon clattering to the floor, then followed it up by shoving the woman back against the wall, a strong hand gripping her throat. For a few seconds, she struggled hard, trying to land a punch or a kick, but soon the lack of oxygen had the intended effect and her body feel limp. "Lolth be praised; all victory is her doing," he said, reciting a familiar line as he let her unconscious form fall to the floor.
