Could you quote me on where you actually mentioned these Tushenia relief troops? I probably missed it, but I'd like to be sure.

The walls on either side were actually cleared, at least those on either side of the breaches AKA those closest to the breaches. Pretty much just because even Orks aren't stupid enough to simply sit there and get gunned down by artillery and the like.

Those walls a bit further along E.G. The walls in between the two breaches...well...if the Greenskins haven't pulled back to reform for another charge yet, then there's probably still Orks milling about up there.
