Excellent! It'd be no fun if they were entirely sane anyway. So, in that case, would a form of bonded Arcanite-laced armor linked to the brain and nervous system produce the end effect I'm looking for? It would be something they are unable to remove, basically attached to the spine and the base of the skull at the very least. CMAS agents and any handler they might have would be able to disable it and paralyze him at need, and otherwise the construction of it would only allow the person to use their Arcane energy in limited ways.
Something like that would be optimal, yea. Very expensive? Definitely.
[@tex] Nah, go for it! Just make it trademarked under Sinnet Inc. :p Just kidding. But is it okay if he have the capability to modify the bullets to have different properties? elemental bullets, armor penetrating, explosive, ect. Or would those be available too? If they are, I have another way his gun could be unique. :p Going on with the discussion of aerial vehicles, if they are limited, what about ground vehicles? what are they like, and what are the limitations ?
Of course, as long as the magical effect is logical, then it's plausible. Elemental bullets are obvious, armor penetrating would have higher density arcane energy, or be fired at a higher velocity, etc, explosive are just unstable, what have you. Ground vehicles are only limited by how much energy they need to run. They run solely on arcane energy, making them environment friendly. They vary in size dramatically, and are generally limited by the fact that the heavier they are, the more energy they need to move. Anything is possible in that regard as well, as long as it's reasonable.
