Gonna have to regretfully inform you that your question won't be answered 100% any time soon, Tex has gone out for the evening. Yes, there will (almost) definitely be other sentient races. Do [b]I[/b] specifically know what they are? Not at the moment.

At any rate, for now I'll try to answer what questions there are in Tex's stead.
